In addition to his degree from Indiana University, Rice has held over 12 professional licenses ranging from securities to real estate. Eric has been in the financial services sector for more than nine years and has built multiple successful businesses in the fields of financial planning, mortgages, real estate and insurance and consulting. He began his professional career as a planner and trader in Chicago and has since relocated to La Jolla, California
